Information and Policies
Limited Inventory:
We currently have a limited inventory, as you may notice when you are adding items to your cart. Everything is made by hand and we are selling the inventory we have. We may eventually take custom orders, so if you have a request please send us an email.
Payment Options:
We only accept payments through Google Wallet. Just click on your shopping cart and follow the directions to check out. If you have a Google Wallet/Checkout account you can sign in at this point, but it is not required. Using Google Wallet you can pay with Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express.
Shipping Fees:
Our preferred shipping method is UPS. The shipping options are available in the checkout process, and will be thus calculated. Shipping is free for orders over the amount $50.00.
Exchanges and Returns:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Roxanna’s Rags. If you feel your purchase was incorrect or damaged, please contact us. We will do our best to work with you to resolve any problems. For all returned items the customer is responsible for to pay the return shipping. We request that you purchase shipping insurance. We cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit. All returns must be unused and in original packaging to be issued full credit. Once we receive your approved return, we will issue a refund through Google Wallet or send an agreed upon exchange item. Your satisfaction is our main priority, so we will work to insure that your order is accurate.
Security and Privacy Policy:
Roxanna’s Rags respects your privacy. All information given to us through your order process is strictly confidential. We do not sell, rent or loan any information regarding our customers to any other party. We do not distribute your personal information to third parties for any purpose. We appreciate your interaction with us and we are committed to protect your personal information as we would our own.
